Over two intensive weeks in the beautiful coastal environment of Newquay, Cornwall, candidates move beyond basic water safety to become well rounded Water Safety Operators.

The program provides an immersive understanding of risks specific to coastal environments, aquatic rescues and casualty management in the surf zone.

  • Beach & Surf Lifeguard: Achieve the industry-standard SLSGB Surf Lifeguard qualification, mastering rescue board techniques and ocean swimming in challenging Atlantic swells.

  • FREC3 Medic: Gain the FREC3 medic, a regulated qualification aligned with UK emergency services.

  • Complex Aquatic Rescues: Develop skills in "impact zone" extractions, including tethered swims, coasteering-specific recoveries, Rescue Water Craft (jet ski) rescue and patient packaging.

We ensure your team is prepared for the high-pressure transition from surface rescue to clinical stabilisation, emphasising live-action scenarios over static drills.
