This specialised course bridges the gap between technical rigging and clinical intervention through a curriculum delivered by an expert-led faculty of HCPC Paramedics, HEMS Doctors and International Rope Rescue Specialists.

The program is specifically designed to provide an immersive understanding of casualty management in vertical environments, focusing on the seamless integration of advanced medical care with complex rope systems. We move beyond static training, placing a heavy emphasis on live-action scenarios and the nuances of treating trauma while suspended or in restricted-access terrain.

Beyond technical access, we ensure your team is prepared to manage the high-pressure transition from rescue to recovery. We rehearse complex extraction techniques, including pick-offs, hauling systems and patient packaging, all while maintaining critical medical treatment on-site.

Finally, we cover the logistical leadership required in multi-team responses, focusing on communication protocols and coordination with professional emergency services to ensure a seamless transition of care in high-consequence environments.
